By accessing and using the services provided by EmpathyLabs.ai ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

EmpathyLabs.ai provides frontend engineering services, web development, and digital solutions. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom web application development
• Frontend engineering and consulting
• UI/UX design and implementation
• Technical consulting and advisory services
• Digital product development

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when engaging with our services
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services
• Respect intellectual property rights and not infringe upon them
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on our website or used in connection with our services are the property of EmpathyLabs.ai or their respective owners. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

Any work product created specifically for you as part of our services will be subject to the terms outlined in our individual service agreements.

Payment terms for our services will be specified in individual service agreements or project proposals. Generally:

• Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your agreement
• All prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy (see separate Refund Policy page)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmpathyLabs.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EmpathyLabs.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services or violation of these terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Los Angeles County, California.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
